Join us as we take time to reflect using an Adult Advisor team assessment tool.
This tool will help identify Strengths already in motion, uncover opportunities to deepen fidelity as we head into next school year or the summer, and highlight key areas to focus on with actionable ideas to support growth. You can also bring this tool back to your full team to spark meaningful conversations and guide intentional planning for the future.
We'll also explore no-cost and low-cost activities to celebrate Peer Leaders. As the school year comes to a close, we want to celebrate their successes, while also recognizing that celebration isn't limited to this time of year. We'll highlight the power of infusing celebration into each 6-8 week campaign cycle.
